Can intense exercise in quick intervals replace the daily work-out?
A recent local article promised the same results as a weeks worth of exercise with intense interval training. The concept is based on intense spurts of excercise designed to overwork the body. Of course, in order for a person to be able to benefit from the intense workouts they would need to be in excellent shape. For a person who is obese or not athletically inclined this workout system will never work. The best tried and true method of exercise is consistent excercise within ones abilility. Not the quick fix.
Dr Stuart Kincaid explains to his patients that”quick fixes” are rarely a good option when plastic surgery is the recommendation. Injectables like Botox and Restylane are helpful but they do not replace a face-lift or brow-lift. Patients with loose facial skin are able to benefit with the most dramatic effect from a facelift. Dr Stuart Kincaid warns his patients that it is dicfficult to accept minimal improvement when there are majior concerns with loose facial skin. The most notable area is the neckline. Patients are often disappointed when they allow themselves to believe a little”nip tuck” will provide an acceptable result. Dr Stuart Kincaid prides himself on a candid surgical plan for every patient that is designed to help them acheive their desired look.
