Health insurance cost are a burden to many Americans
There is no doubt that the most talked about issue effecting Americans today is health care and the rising cost. A recent local article made an impressive attempt to make sense of what is a very confusing issue. Questions and answers in the article covered explanations and definitions for health insurance jargon. It also offered suggestions on which services may be okay to drop and which ones are not. The articles conclusion was that each consumer needed to be knowledgeable about every aspect of their health insurance coverage. It also stressed the importance of checking the policy on a regular basis.
Dr Stuart Kincaid advises his patients to check their insurance policies for p;lastic surgery coverage. For example: will it cover scar revision after a dog bite? Will it cover medically necessary breast reduction, or breast reconstruction? Other procedures that could be coverede under insurance include gynecomastia, blephroplasty, and rhinoplasty. In these cases Dr Stuart Kincaid and his staff will issue a written medical diagnosis to submit to the insurance company on the patients behalf. Some insurance companies make it difficult for patients to receive plastic surgery services. Dr Stuart Kincaid advises his patients if they are a candidate for insurance coverage then the patient should pursue that option.
