Waking the dog is rarely rigorous enough to consider it exercise

How many times have we counted our daily exercise as our dog walk? After all, it is daily and consistent. A recent  sign on San Diego report broke the news that this is really not exercise for most. The report  asked So you think you’re getting fit walking your dog? Not hardly. That’s a stroll in the park; don’t kid yourself. You can get serious about getting in shape while getting your best friend in shape at the same time. A local business, Leash Your Fitness, has set up a means of doing just that. Creator Dawn Celapino has trainers working with her to offer classes around San Diego County, where canines and their human companions can work out together. San Diego Alive tagged along during a class in Coronado’s Tidelands Park, as participants lunged and skipped their way along the shoreline. Pets didn’t just go along for the ride, they were required to sit, stay and run accordingly.

Dr Stuart Kincaid continually advises his patients to exercise and maintain a healthy diet in order to enjoy the best results from their plastic surgery procedure.  Patients who have had liposuction are particularly at risk for gaining weight if they are mislead about the potential to gain weight since they had liposuction. Dr  Stuart Kincaid explains to his liposuction patients that they have remaining fat cells in their body and that  can be over powered and allow weight gain. Liposuction body contouring can last a lifetime for patients who maintain their exercise routine.
