"I am a 29 year old mother of 3 little ones, so when I decided that it was time to do a little something for myself I wanted to be with a surgeon that understood how important safety was to me. Like most people I went and had consultations with a couple different doctors. I found that the other doctors that I met with where only concerned with the size that I wanted. Most of them did not listen to anything I had to say and just kept pushing me to go bigger. When I sat down with Dr. Kincaid he asked me why I wanted this procedure and if it was my decision to be there. I thought that was very professional and he was putting me first. I cannot express my gratitude to the staff enough. They were the nicest women and made sure that I was informed and comfortable. One of the nurses sat and talked to me for half an hour before my surgery to keep me calm. The surgery center was clean, organized and very comfortable. Dr. Kincaid did an amazing job. I had little pain and I was back up in no time! The office called and checked on me often to make sure I was doing ok! I followed up with Dr.Kincaid and he was just as attentive after my surgery as he was before. I was not just a customer to him or his office. I am now more confident in clothes and swimsuits and also in my marriage. When you feel good without clothes on there is a closer connection between you and your spouse. I went from absolutely a flat chest to a 34D. I went under the muscle with a gel implant. They feel real and look amazing. I often get asked if they are real. Dr. Kincaid is great! He is exactly what you want in a surgeon.

"At 44 years old I started using filler injectables such as Botox, Restylane, Radiesse, Perlane and Sculptra. Although my results were very good as I continued to age over the next two to three years, I felt that I needed more of a boost to achieve what I really wanted. And that of course would be to look more refreshed and youthful. I wanted to have better skin tone and texture, tightening of skin laxity around my jaw-line and mouth, and a younger looking neck. So the next step was to have a full face and neck lift. I am so happy with Dr. Kincaid's amazing skill and expertise. I feel that I have achieved exactly what I was looking for. His work made me look refreshed and natural without the pulled or over done look that so many women and men end up having after going to surgeons that are not Board Certified in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery or just do not have the experience that Dr. Kincaid has. I was back to work after ten days, including the weekend, so I only actually missed seven days of work. My bruising was very minimal, just a little around my chin where there was some liposuction and small light green bruising on my cheeks which dissipated over a couple of weeks. I was able to cover these with my makeup. The swelling was not that bad either, I just kept frozen peas 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off mostly along my jaw-line and under my chin to help with the pressure from the swelling. Dr. Kincaid also did laser resurfacing around my eyes to diminish the fine lines and crow's feet. I would say this took about four to five days for the redness and swelling to go down. The result from the pro fractional laser is unbelievable!! My lines are gone my skin around my eyes is smooth and tighter. Dr Kincaid also did laser resurfacing of my chest as well. Again the lines down the center of my chest are gone. My skin is still a little pink after 4 weeks which is expected because I have very fair skin. I expect this to be completely gone over the next couple of weeks. I am so happy that I decided to go forward with these procedures and so exceptionally happy that Dr. Kincaid was the surgeon to do this for me. I trusted Dr. Kincaid and his caring staff along with the surgery center completely. Dr. Kincaid also uses Board Certified Anesthesiologists, mine was Dr. Kent Dively, and he was amazing!! He, along with Dr. Kincaid, made sure that I was as safe as possible while being under general anesthesia. When I woke up from surgery a few hours later it was just like waking up from a nap. How incredible is that? Take a nap and wake up looking refreshed and youthful…can't beat that!! I highly recommend Dr. Kincaid to anyone looking for any cosmetic facial or body surgery."

"I've had a couple of Vi Peels with Dr. Kincaid. This is a great refreshing non invasive facial rejuvenator! My downtime was about five days. It was an easy procedure. After the solution was put on, I was able to go about my regular daily routine. The next day my face felt a little tight and was slightly tanned. The following day I started to peel a little around my nose and mouth. On the third day my face was fully peeling. Two days later, my complexion had a nice glow, it felt clean and smooth. I loved it. "I heard about the new liquid face lift called “Sculptra” I did some research and found out Dr. Stuart Kincaid offered this. I'm 45 years old and feel like I need a little lift back in my face. When I went in for the procedure I was very surprised that it didn't hurt at all. First my face was numbed with a topical anesthetic for about 40 minutes. Dr. Kincaid told me the Sculptra had Lidocaine mixed in also so it would help numb my face further. After the procedure was done my face looked a little plumper. Dr. Kincaid said this was normal and the swelling would be gone by the next day. It was. I started noticing my face to volumize about thirty days later. The lines in my face pulled out and my jaw line lifted up creating a smoother jawline and smoother skin tone and texture. It's been four months now and my face continues to look better. Dr. Kincaid explained to me that the Sculptra stimulates the collagen in my skin and volumizes my face through this process. It's amazing; I can't believe how great the results are. "I had the Vi Peel at Dr. Kincaid's office. I've had peels at other plastic surgeons offices in the past and I have to say that this is the best peel I have had. Dr. Kincaid and his staff answered all my questions regarding recovery and the importance of wearing sunscreen to help maintain the effects of the peel. I was also put on a bleaching c ream called TriLuma to keep my skin staying bright. The Vi Peel is great! I peeled for about five days. “I'm 64 years old and I went to Dr. Kincaid for laser resurfacing of my face and neck. The laser procedure was done in his office I was made very comfortable so as not to feel it once Dr. Kincaid got started. It took about an hour for my full face and neck to be resurfaced. It was very tolerable the laser felt warm on my skin some areas a little warmer than others but very tolerable. I had the choice of going in the opeating room for the laser resurfacing as well but decided to do it in his office as I was able to save some money with anesthesia. After the procedure I was able to go home I had about ten days of down time. My skin was very pink like a second degree sunburn. There was no pain during the healing time just redness and some scabbing of my skin which flaked off. I had no problems recovering from this procedure. " I found Dr. Kincaid after meeting my running buddy, Dana, also a breast augmentation patient & two time Boston Marathon runner of Dr. Kincaids. After having my twins in 2006 & several marathons after their birth, I become very upset with the shape of my breast. I had gone from a solid 34 B pre-kids to a 34 A post kids. To me, my breasts looked deflated, like two empty tea bags. I wanted to go back to my pre-kids look, with maybe just a little extra. As I ran with Dana I kept asking her about her surgery with Dr. K. She had encouraged me to go in for a free consult. A free consult!! Living 3 years at the Jersey Shore I had looked up & several Plastic Surgeons on the East Coast, including the one Howard Stern recommends. Out there you pay for a consult!! So, if you can imagine, I literally ran down to the Temecula office 1st chance I got(2days after the Nike Women's Marathon). I was very pleased with my consult, Dr. K & his staff. I felt they understood my concerns (still running fast times) & they put me at ease. I was assured a breast lift & saline implants would not affect my running or my marathon times. So, I decided to go ahead with my surgery four days after running the Las Vegas Marathon. I was very pleased Dr. K & his staff was able to get me a surgery date several days after the marathon. I had already planned on taking a week or two off after my marathon & figured with the Dec date, it would leave me with the least amount of time down (from running). I am very pleased with my results. I look ten times better in my regular clothes & running clothes. My husband jokes that the money spent on my surgery might have been the best money we'd ever spent. Oh, and for my running times, I continue to run Personal Bests. In fact, I ran the Surf City Half Marathon 9 weeks after surger, that's 3 weeks after begin cleared to run again! I felt great! Since I have run the San Diego Half Marathon with a 1:36:19, & the Hollywood Half with a 1:37:45 (really tough course). I will be running my 1st post surgery this June, the San Diego Rock-N-Roll Marathon & am shooting for a 3:18 or better. I also made my 7th Boston Qualifier & finally plan on running my 1st Boston Marathon in 2013!

"Bravo-Zulu to Dr. Kincaid and his staff for a outstanding job and extraordinary service on my breast augmentation. I went in to Dr.Kincaid's office a little over 4 months ago confused, and discouraged after going to a few consultations with other surgeons, I had reached the end of my rope and came to the conclusion that I wasn't going to go through with my procedure.

At my first consultation with Dr. Kincaid he answered all my question and cleared the confusion I had and put my mind to ease with his vast knowledge and professionalism! By the end of my appointment I was excited again and couldn't wait to get my breast done. I came home and reality started to set in I started getting nervous and literally freaking the F out and to top it all off I came across negative reviews on the internet.

When I went in for my pre-op appointment I was ready to call it quits, but again they took the time to sit down with me and addressed all my questions and concerns and made s ure that this is what I wanted 100% without pressuring me. Dr.Kincaid came in and made me feel safe and promised to take care of me and that he DID! Him and his staff were encouraging and supportive every step of the way.

After having two kids and breastfeeding both for 6 months each and losing 30 pounds my breast looked like two drained out tea bags, it took a big toll on my self-esteem. I didn't feel like looking at myself in the mirror let alone being naked in front of my husband. He deployed for 6 months and I wanted to make his jaw drop when he returned! “On September 21, 2009, I had a full tummy tuck and liposuction on my tummy, flanks and upper thighs done by Dr. Kincaid in the Encinitas surgery center. The most important criteria I looked for in a plastic surgeon was experience. I only had one chance to get my tummy tuck right and was particular about this point. I am very happy I selected Dr Kincaid. My surgery went flawlessly, textbook actually, even though I am 61 years young. I had no infection or complications. Everything in his surgery center is perfect for the patient and the results show it. He was very careful to understand what I wanted to change and was honest with me about what I could expect. Now, 7 weeks post-op, I am back at work with a beautiful, slim new waist and hips. I went from a size 14 to a comfortable 10 and look 10 years younger. “I'm 64 years old and I went to Dr. Kincaid for laser resurfacing of my face and neck. The laser procedure was done in his office I was made very comfortable so as not to feel it once Dr. Kincaid got started. It took about an hour for my full face and neck to be resurfaced. It was very tolerable the laser felt warm on my skin some areas a little warmer than others but very tolerable. I had the choice of going in the opeating room for the laser resurfacing as well but decided to do it in his office as I was able to save some money with anesthesia. After the procedure I was able to go home I had about ten days of down time. My skin was very pink like a second degree sunburn. There was no pain during the healing time just redness and some scabbing of my skin which flaked off. I had no problems recovering from this procedure. My skin is so much smoother the lines in my face were softened considerably and the overall texture is improved. My pores are smaller and my complection looks healthier. I also had some tightening of my skin as well. I had a great result and highly recommend this procedure to anyone woman or man at any age.”

“Sculptra” I did some research and found out Dr. Stuart Kincaid offered this. I'm 45 years old and feel like I need a little lift back in my face. When I went in for the procedure I was very surprised that it didn't hurt at all. First my face was numbed with a topical anesthetic for about 40 minutes. Dr. Kincaid told me the Sculptra had Lidocaine mixed in also so it would help numb my face further. After the procedure was done my face looked a little plumper. Dr. Kincaid said this was normal and the swelling would be gone by the next day. It was. I started noticing my face to volumize about thirty days later. The lines in my face pulled out and my jaw line lifted up creating a smoother jawline and smoother skin tone and texture. It's been four months now and my face continues to look better. Dr. Kincaid explained to me that the Sculptra stimulates the collagen in my skin and volumizes my face through this process. It's amazing; I can't believe how great the results are. There was very little downtime and it was minimally invasive. I recommend this to any woman who needs a little lift but doesn't want the downtime or is not quite ready for a conventional face lift."
